A home charger lets you fill the car off your own roof — top up overnight on off-peak, or straight from the solar through the day. We install EV chargers as part of a new solar and battery system or as a standalone job, wired in by licensed electricians and matched to your switchboard. The Zappi is the charger we fit when someone wants the car actually running off their own solar rather than just plugged in overnight. Its ECO and ECO+ modes watch what the house is exporting and wind the charge rate up and down to soak up the surplus, so the car fills off your roof instead of going back to the grid for a pittance. It comes in 7kW single-phase or 22kW three-phase, tethered with a captive Type 2 lead or untethered for your own cable, and WiFi and Ethernet are built in — no extra hub to mount. Surge protection and PEN fault detection are inside the unit, it ships with the CT clamps for solar and grid monitoring, and it carries a three-year warranty in black or white.

Charge off your own sunshine

Pair a Zappi with rooftop solar and a battery and a good chunk of your driving comes straight off your own roof. We'll size the charger to your switchboard and your car, run it on its own dedicated circuit, and sort load management if the supply needs it — one crew for the solar, the battery and the charger, no juggling trades.
