Rooftop solar and batteries from Raymond Terrace out to Nelson Bay, and off-grid systems on the river country behind it.

Standalone power for properties beyond the grid. We design and install systems that run a whole homestead — pumps, welders, fridges, freezers — through the worst week of weather, with generator backup to fill the gaps.

Use your own solar after sundown and ride out the next outage without missing a beat. Tesla, Sungrow, BYD, Deye and Fox ESS — sized against your actual usage pattern, not a brochure number.

Grid-tied solar with a battery for self-consumption and outage backup. The default for new Hunter Valley homes — sized against your own usage so the system pays for itself on the power you actually use.

Charge your EV from your own roof. We size your solar to comfortably cover daily driving on top of household load, install OCPP-compliant wall chargers (Porsche, Tesla, generic Type 2), and tie the charger into your existing inverter monitoring.
See EV charging →The bay side — Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, Corlette, Salamander Bay, Soldiers Point, Anna Bay and the Tilligerry villages of Tanilba Bay, Mallabula and Lemon Tree Passage — is standard grid-connected work: a hybrid inverter and a battery, sized for a household that empties out midweek and fills up at Christmas. Close to the water we specify the mounting hardware for salt air rather than treating a coastal roof like an inland one.
Raymond Terrace, Heatherbrae, Medowie and Williamtown are the built-up middle of the area and mostly single-phase. A battery paired with rooftop solar is the usual job: cut the bill and ride out an outage.
Inland is different country. Around Seaham, East Seaham, Millers Forest, Woodville, Hinton, Nelsons Plains, Glen Oak and Brandy Hill it is farms and acreage along the rivers — pumps, sheds, cool rooms, and the odd place where the quote to bring in mains power costs more than a stand-alone system. We have built both kinds out there, including off-grid systems with generator backup for the weeks the weather does not cooperate.
North through Karuah and up the Bucketts Way we keep going, to Stroud and Booral. That is off-grid territory and a long way from a service van that is not already coming past.

Yes. We work across Port Stephens and the surrounding area. Site visits are done in person by one of the family, not a salesperson, and the same crew does the install.
Yes. We're SAA accredited for grid-connected solar, battery storage and stand-alone power systems, so whether you're on the network or a long way from it, one design and one crew covers it. Everything is quoted in writing before we start.
You call the same number and speak to the same people who installed it. We support what we install for the life of the system, and we'll tell you straight what's wrong and what it'll take to fix.
Yes. If you've got an existing system in Port Stephens that's underperforming or out of warranty support, we'll service it, repair it, or tell you honestly when it's time to replace it.
A few details and one of the family will call or email you back.
